All races will take place on our criterium course, with a steep hill and 90-degree turns to test riders both physically and technically.
The event is free to attend, and all are welcome. There will be entertainment for all the family including a balance bike and cycle skills course, along with a variety of food and drink stalls.
As a significant sports event with a high number of spectators expected, campus users should be aware of the following information:
Road closures on Monday 27 May
Between 7am and 6.30pm, there will be road closures around some parts of East Park, please see the map on the website.
There will be no access to the following roads:
- University Road between the Main Entrance and junction by Bridgeman Building
- Margaret Keay Road between the junction by the Medical Centre and the junction by James France
- East Link Road
- Towers Way between University Road and the junction with East Link Road
West Park will be unaffected and there will be a one-way system around the Student Village.
Please note that there will be restrictions on vehicles entering the campus via Epinal Way and no access via Ashleigh Drive.

If you need to use your vehicle on Monday 27 May, you will need to move it before 7am. You can move your vehicle to the Multi-Storey Car Park or the Library Car Park.
Halls of Residence
The following halls will be affected by the road closures. Once the road closures are in place there will be no opportunities to move any vehicles.

- Towers
Pedestrians
Barriers will be in place around much of the cycling route with pedestrian crossings managed by marshals. Pedestrians will not be able to access campus via Ashleigh Drive as the gates will be closed.
Use of PA systems
Please note that there will be PA systems used around the circuit providing commentary to spectators.
