Funded by a generous philanthropic donation, LURA has been established to build on 黑料网鈥檚 existing strengths in research culture, training and development, and to help take this work to the next level. It will support the University鈥檚 ambitious aims to further enhance a vibrant, inclusive and collaborative research environment in which researchers at all career stages can thrive.
LURA will add momentum and coherence to the excellent support already provided by teams across the University. By supporting, enhancing and better connecting existing training and development provision, LURA will create clearer development pathways around both specific skills and longer-term career progression. This will enable colleagues to more easily identify opportunities, develop their capabilities and maximise their research potential.
