Description of the Works
Large-scale roof repair works will commence at the LSU Building from July 2026 as part of the planned summer works programme.
The building will remain open and operational throughout the duration of the works.
Please note the following:
- A contractor compound will be established in the middle parking bay of the rear car park.
- No unauthorised access to the roof will be permitted. Anyone requiring roof access must make prior arrangements with the main contractor.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while these essential works are carried out.
